Foundation Training for Tots (Ages 3-4) and Pre-Formal Teams (Under 6s)
Our Foundation training offers a fun, supportive introduction to football for children aged 3 to 6. Focused on building basic skills, teamwork, and enjoying the game, these sessions are the perfect first step for young players to develop confidence and ignite their passion for football.
Our Youth Teams
Catering to players from ages 7 to Under 15s, including dedicated girls’ teams, our youth squads offer the perfect balance of competitive matches and skills-focused training sessions. Guided by experienced coaches, players are supported to grow individually and develop as a team — building confidence, ability, and a love for the game.

Premier United FC was founded in 2002 by Gary McKenzie, who set out to create a football school that focused on quality coaching, inclusivity, and player development for all abilities. What started as Premier Mini Soccer School quickly grew in reputation, offering children — regardless of experience or confidence — a place to enjoy football in a structured, supportive setting.
At a time when most clubs focused only on competitive matches, Premier opened the door to children who weren’t yet ready for formal teams, or who simply wanted to enjoy football without pressure. From day one, inclusion, opportunity, and enjoyment were key.
Within just three years, we had over 100 children regularly training, and the first official Premier United FC teams were born. Today, we proudly support nearly 200 young players across 14 mini soccer and youth teams, including dedicated coaching for Tots (ages 3–4) and children with additional needs. No child is ever turned away.
Our teams have grown into some of the most successful and respected in Sussex, with many players progressing to professional academies like Chelsea, Brighton, West Ham, Crystal Palace, and AFC Wimbledon. But success to us is measured not only in wins, but in confidence, friendships, and life skills gained through football.
We work closely with local partners such as the YMCA, Sussex Children’s Services, and local schools, and in 2015, we launched the Seaford Football Academy in partnership with Burgess Hill FC — giving talented 14–16-year-olds from any club the chance to train at a higher level.
